The following terms govern use of these apps, websites, and software (together, the “Services”) made available by simply Legal GmbH, Burkaderstr. 36, 97082 Würzburg, Germany (“simply Legal”, “we”, “us”) once you agree to these terms. To keep them as user-friendly as possible, we rely on templates from Bitkom Servicegesellschaft mbH (more information: https://www.bitkom.org/Bitkom/Ueber-uns).

Where the Services include the “Rachel & Mike” feature, the following additionally applies: use is expressly subject to the reservation that this feature does not provide legal services within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG). Results generated by artificial intelligence do not constitute legal advice, legal subsumption, or binding resolution of legal questions, but serve solely as preparatory working material. Liability for the legal reliability of work products created using this feature is excluded.
